— Kui Mulang [src] |
Kui Mulang is a demon and a former Celestial Guard.
History[ ]
Past[ ]
Long ago, Kui Mulang fell in love with the Jade Maiden, but the Celestial Realm did not accept their love for one another. He sacrificed their immortality in hopes they could be reincarnated. While he waited for his love to return, he began to consume the souls of anyone who enters his domain to prolong his mortal life.
At some point, he imprisoned Ao Lie in an attempt to steal his soul. Fortunately, he managed to escape.
Court of the Yellow Robed Demon[ ]
Mei brought into Kui Mulang's castle by his guards. He greeted her with a sense of curiosity and intrigue. Mei demanded answers from Kui Mulang, questioning his identity and the reason for her presence in his castle. Kui Mulang, amused by Mei's boldness, decided to share his past with her. As he was done, Kui Mulang revealed his identity. He revealed that Mei was his next target, saying that her soul would possess a unique and fiery essence. Mei launched a fierce attack against Kui Mulang. Unfortunately, her efforts were in vain as he swiftly restrained her. Kui Mulang taunted Mei, acknowledging the immense power she possessed but mocking her inability to utilize it effectively. He then imprisoned her with Ao Lie.
As he brought Mei and Ao Lie to the throne room, Kui Mulang announced that the time had come for them to face execution, believing that their souls would now serve a greater purpose. As he readied himself to strike down Ao Lie first, Mei managed to break free from her restraints and intervened. With the newly reforged Dragon Blade in her hands, Mei blocked Kui Mulang's attack, defying his expectations and fueling his anger. The turn of events ignited a clash between Kui Mulang and Mei, where her strike managed to push him back. Mei's resilience frustrated Kui Mulang, pushing him to resort to usual method of killing. He transformed into his wolf form, ready to end on Mei. However, Ao Lie created a protective shield , stalling Kui Mulang's attack and buying enough time for Mei and Tang to make their escape. As Ao Lie transformed into his dragon form, Kui Mulang lunged towards him. Ao Lie unleashed a powerful blast towards Kui Mulang, causing the castle to be obliterated.
Personality[ ]

Because of this, he is willing to anything to be with her, which eventually made him gave up his position as a Celestial Guard and become a demon that stole the souls of others until the Jade Maiden's reincarnation.
