You should be able to do it in the bios with that motherboard, its easier, and youll get a higher overclock in most cases.

i can't seem to find it in bios, here's a screen shot of my bios

In the CPU Host frequency, change from "Auto" to "Manual". That should allow you to change the FSB higher than 133 (I'm guessing you're effective FSB is 533 right?)

I believe you may have to disable CPU Throttling
Change CPU Host to User or Manual and do the same with Hyper Threading. You will need both to OC.

Two words for the same thing

So if your FSB is 133 stock X 22 multi then you have a 2.96Ghz cpu at stock. To overclock, just raise that FSB 2 or 3 Mhz increments. Read the intel overclocking guide for more detail before you try it.

i kind of figured that out when i set my cpu frequency anytime past 112 my computer doesn't boot.

Oh your stock FSB is 100Mhz? Yeah... I guess after that point you will need more Vcore but your motherboard doesn't support that so you're kinda stuck there.
